Rules and Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old to rent and/or drive a cart. Valid driver’s license required.
- ALL drivers must complete the safety briefing and submit the rental agreement, liability waiver, and photo ID submission.
- Carts must stay on the road and driver’s must follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Carts must be returned to the same parking lot and keys should be returned to their lockbox. Fees may apply if cart is returned late.
- All carts are electric and will be fully charged at start of rental. Carts can travel between 15-20 miles on a full charge. Carts will include chargers and extension cords and can be recharged during the rental using any standard outlet.
- If there are no carts with a Fast Lane Rental sheet on them, we don’t have any carts available. Check back later or book for tomorrow!

- When prompted to select reservation date – select today’s date for both ‘start’ and ‘end’. Selecting multiple days does NOT extend your rental period!
- Full Day/Rest of Day rentals must be returned by 8PM.
- Please text/email us when you’ve returned the cart.
FAQs
Where do I pick up the cart?
Right where you found it! The cart you scan is the one you rent. Once checkout and paperwork are done, we’ll send you a lockbox code to access the key.
What do I need to complete before I can drive?
After you pay, you’ll need to do three things. First, watch a short safety briefing video. Next, sign our digital rental agreement and liability waiver. Lastly, upload a photo of your ID.
When you're done with that, reply to the confirmation email, and we’ll send your key code to your phone.
What if there aren't any carts here?
That means they're all out on the road - check back later or book online for another day!
How do I return the cart?
When you're done, just park it where you found it, put the key back in the lockbox, and shoot us a quick text or email that you've returned it.
Can I reserve a Fast Lane cart in advance?
No - Fast Lane carts are only available on a first-come first-served basis. If you want to book in advance, go to our 'Rates and Info' section to book for the future.
Who's allowed to drive?
Only registered drivers are able to drive during the rental. These folks will be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and complete the safety video, rental agreement, and ID submission.
When do I get the PIN code?
After you complete the paperwork and watch the safety video, you need to respond to the confirmation email. You'll get the PIN via text or email within 5 minutes of your response. If you don't get a response after 5 minutes, give us a quick call at 360.805.7433.
Where can I drive the cart?
Carts can be driven in the designated Golf Cart zone in Birch Bay. Check out our 'About' tab for a map.
