3. Text Messaging Consent

By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your booking (e.g., confirmations, delivery times, safety tips) and occasional promotions. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message.

4. Payment and Refunds

All reservations must be paid in full to confirm. Cancellations and refund eligibility are subject to the terms listed at the time of booking or outlined in your confirmation email.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or equipment. You assume all risks associated with operating our rentals.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
